2. Eligibility for Refunds

3. Subscription Refunds
Recurring billing cycles operate with standard fallback windows. You can claim a complete credit rollback within 14 calendar days of your latest recurring invoice generation step, provided your workspace account profile has consumed fewer than 10 image credits since that date.
4. One-Time Purchases
Separate standalone bulk-credit pack add-ons last indefinitely. They can be refunded within 14 days of purchase only if the complete credit envelope parameters remain entirely pristine, untouched, and unconsumed.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Certain special operations are excluded from standard refund tracks under any conditions. Custom developer API tokens enterprise allocations, high-capacity priority lines integrations, and fully depleted historical credit logs are entirely non-refundable.
6. Processing Time
Once a billing analyst logs and signs an approved request, funds are pushed back securely onto the payment token source. Settlement processing steps trace inside typical 5 to 10 business days depending on your banking host networks parameters.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage resolving transaction discrepancies directly through internal billing desks. Ingressing an uncoordinated formal dispute or credit card chargeback locks the client profile workspace completely during our compliance review tracking sequences.
8. Cancellation Policy
You can deactivate active subscription plans inside your account preferences module immediately at any time. Canceled configurations remain operational, keeping all active features open until your current prepaid billing cycle ends.
