By accessing our web workspace terminal tool, registering an application user account, or using our automated image processing servers, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any section of this contractual document, you must cease using our software services immediately.

2. Account Registration & Integrity # Link

To use advanced features such as our high-definition upscaler or multi-token API keys, you must complete registration. You agree to provide real, active parameters metadata details, and maintain the confidentiality of your account passwords. You are responsible for all actions taken under your credentials profile.

Providing fraudulent email contact information, pretending to be another entity, or using disposable fake domains to exploit free tier metrics will result in immediate terminal lockouts and hardware suspension tracking bans.

3. API & Fair Usage Boundaries # Link

We provide programmatic tools to isolate subjects. To protect server health, we enforce strict fair usage boundaries. The following baseline operational capabilities parameters matrix apply across our tier allotments transparently:

You may not use bots, spiders, automated scrapers, or reverse-engineered script configurations to extract images or bypass the web interface bounds without explicit API credentials certificates.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds # Link

Premium features are available through recurring monthly or annual plans. All payments are processed through trusted PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways using secure tokens. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you toggle the renewal status off inside your account profile settings before your statement date. If you change your plan tier, new credit limits are provisioned instantly.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for our Pro plans if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our background removal service, provided your usage does not exceed 10% of your current monthly credit quota limit.

5. Uploaded Content Ownership # Link

You retain full intellectual property ownership, copyright, and distribution choices for all original source images you upload to our platform, as well as the processed outputs generated by our software engine.

ClearCutBG does not claim ownership over your files. By processing images through our platform, you grant us a limited, secure, automatic technical license to store and transmit your images solely to perform the background removal operations requested by your session.

6. ClearCutBG Proprietary Rights # Link

The visual style, logos, software designs, front-end code bases, automated clipping algorithms, styling configurations, brand signatures, and text on this site are the exclusive proprietary property of ClearCutBG. You may not copy, replicate, crawl, frame, or sell any component of our service infrastructure without prior written authorization.

7. Liabilities Limitations Constraints # Link

ClearCutBG provides its AI tools suite on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not promise that system availability will be entirely uninterrupted, or that AI background extraction contour paths will always achieve flawless accuracy on highly specialized complex photography.

We are not liable for any lost business income, lost graphics files data, server interruptions, or pipeline delivery errors arising from your use or inability to use our platform workspace modules.

8. Service Suspension Clauses # Link

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account dashboard connections immediately, without prior alert notice, if you breach any core rule written inside this agreement, engage in automated DDoS attempts, or exploit payment gateway networks loops.

You can also close your workspace account permanently at any moment by completing the account deletion steps shown in your application settings panel.

9. Governing Jurisdiction Law # Link

These terms, rules, and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or litigation arising from this agreement shall be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Modifications & Updates # Link

We update our service parameters occasionally. When changes occur, we will adjust the version index and update the date banner at the header of this page. Continued usage of our website workspace following an agreement modification constitutes full acceptance of the updated rules.
